Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid any rebooking fees. There is a $50.00 charge for any client who cancels or reschedule after the 24 hour window has passed. All service packages are priced according to average vehicle conditions & needs. We ask that customers please send us detailed description of any unordinary messes or areas that need addressed by Detail Kings Associates. Additional charges may apply if conditions are deemed beyond average for the service package and costs will be discussed prior to service. **Pet Hair Policy: We reserve the right to add additional costs for pet hair removal. (Costs are based on light/medium/heavy, $30/$60/$90) ** If you have any questions, it is best to contact us prior to booking your service/package to ensure a clear understanding.
